Management for Financial Affairs

Duties and Authorities:

- Exercising financial supervision with respect to the relevant laws and regulations, the financial transaction regulations and the ratification of the Board of Regents of the university;
- Adjustment of the expenses, payments and incomes of the university with the provisions of the transaction and financial bylaw of the university;
- Realization of the ratification of the Board of Regents as well as other related laws and regulations and ensuring the accuracy of the financial calculations and the authenticity and adequacy of the supporting documents;
- Holding accounts and regulating financial turnovers and supervising the preservation and protection of financial documents and ledgers;
- Maintenance, preservation, protection, delivery and transformation of funds, cash, deposits and securities
- Holding the bank account of the university and supervising university's properties;
-Cooperating in the timely preparation and compilation the budgets for expenditure funds and the possession of capital assets
