a) Educational Objective: Educating specialists familiar with the intellectual and theological sciences;

b) Research Objective: Conducting research, including publication of articles and books, in intellectual and rational areas - Introducing the unidentified and potential capacities and capabilities of the south region of Fars province in the field of philosophical and theological sciences (Fore example Allameh Khafri);

c) Practical Objective:   Studying, investigating, analysing and responding to the doubts and suspicions in the society's system of beliefs - Confronting anti-Shiite currents of thoughts such as Takfiri, Salafi and Wahhabi in the south region of Fars province - Providing religious and intellectual counseling services to the public.
